    <description>&lt;P&gt;The username and password should be the same as your original My Account credentials. I say original in case you have changed your password.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you normally save passwords in your browser when prompted. If so check the password manager which should let you view your password.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;On the F secure site (theres a link on your supersafe&amp;nbsp; dashboard) there should be a forgotten password link. Have you tried this?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have tried the above, please add your login email address for supersafe in the private notes field of your profile so staff can look into.&lt;/P&gt;
