No, I don't think you can retrieve it.

The way it's usually done is to reset your password, at https://myaccount.talktalk.co.uk/forgotdetails/index/webmailindex.

Hi Jillaltham, you can use the Password Recovery Tool to reset the password. We don't have visibility of your password which is why we can't tell you what it is.
