Hi there,

One thing I am finding with TT email is that the same messages are automatically marked as spam and sent to that folder when in fact they are from a genuine source.

Even after marking these messages as 'not spam', which means they transfer back to Inbox, the system repeats the identical action next time round.

Is it set up to recognise when the user has overridden the original classification for the email and apply a degree of intelligent learning when detecting new messages?

Thanks,

Andy
