POP3/IMap settings not enabled

My emails are not being received on my phone but are being received on my laptop. The error message I’m getting is saying the POP3/Imap settings are not enabled on my account. Is there a way to sort this as I have spent hours on the phone to customer service with no resolution.

Have you checked your settings are up to date?
