Sometimes when I use the 'Reply' option on an email I have received, said reply is being rejected with the following message:

[SMTP] Cannot send message (Sending email "Re[2]: Probus - AGM Preparations" failed with error: Email body not accepted due to the following reason:
"5.7.1 Reject for policy reason
")

This rejection is not constant and a lot of the time the Reply option works perfectly!

If I copy and paste the actual message into an entirely new email manually keying in the same address as that shown on the incoming (sender's) email, it works perfectly. Any ideas why this is happening - it seems to be of fairly recent origin?

I am not using the Talktalk email software to create and read emails here, my email software is eMail Client which uses my broadband connection to Talktalk to carry messages.
