Not receiving emails they say there is a authentication error.

Having trouble receiving emails. Have already tried your chat to no avail. They said it would be sorted in 6 to 12 hours after at least 5 days still not receding emails with authentication code.

Hi RaeWatson, it looks like your mailbox has been hacked. Please reset the password for one you've never used before. I've disabled the mail forwards that were in place.
