    <description>&lt;P&gt;So my email account was hacked on Monday. it appears all my sent emails and my address book have all disappeared. I am assuming the hacker has sent emails to everybody. I have managed to change my recovery email address as the one it had wasnt mine but how do i get back all my sent emails back onto my computer....every suggestions is based on them either being in my trash or i have deleted them...which i havent&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Webmail is not backed up by the host company, so we always need to keep copies / screenshots of really important stuff.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You need to reset your password after being hacked and run antivirus/check for malware on all your devices.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
