&lt;P&gt;Please ensure that your Personal Information profile is complete and similar details for your father are put in the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Private Notes&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;area, towards the end of that section.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You access all this via your avatar; settings etc and don't post any of it in the public thread.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Unable to Reset Password After Hack</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Father's account has been hacked, emails sent to his contacts and his sent folder deleted. &amp;nbsp;This seems to match the recent experience of others on here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;His mail password was unaffected so I have tried to re-set this by invoking the re-set process (forgotten password) however, despite having an alternative email and mobile number on the account, no re-set link is being sent out to either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I then tried to re-send his main TalkTalk account following the forgotten password process and he receives the security pin (by text) but, after entering a new password, I just get a message saying something like: 'there are technical problems please try again later'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is no information regarding any system outage at the moment.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
