hello ,

I am told by one of your colleges that my contract ends on 13th April 2025. I do not wish to keep the tv box and would like to return it..I do not want to renew this,

To make any changes to your account or even to negotiate any part of a new contract etc, please call our customer Loyalty Teams directly on 0345 172 0088 and they will assist.

@07311631135 it might be an idea to change your forum user name as you appear to have publicised your mobile number.

You can change your login name by clicking on your avatar (picture) top right, selecting your profile, and from there, you can change your Community Name (Login Name).
