I cannot remember password and it is impossible to set up a new one as Talktalk just send me a link to the email that I can’t get into!

customer services are absolutely useless and can’t resolve this issue for me

Hi @Sophw , I will need you to please send a private message so that I can assist by updating your recovery details because if the link is being sent to the TalkTalk email address that you are unable to access it means that the email is set under recovery details.

What @Philile-TT means is to send a private message to her.

The message should include the email address that you can't get into, and an additional email address, to serve as 'alternate email address', where the recovery link would be sent.

To send her the message, hover over @Philile-TT 's avatar, and click 'Message'
