Thanks for the screenshot. What happens if you click on a message? In Settings, what layout are you using? Mine works fine, although I hardly ever use webmail.

After opening my Talk Talk email account, when opening the inbox all I see is a large blank area with three small envelopes and the words " No message selected". This only appears to have happened after deleting numerous messages from Spam and Trash folders.

Is there a solution to this problem?

Thanks.

Have you clicked on a message to display it? Is this using Webmail or an email client & if so, which one?

Thanks. I am using Webmail. Until recently when I accessed my inbox I would see 15+ emails on the screen. Now I see a couple of emails and the rest of the screen is blank except for the no message selected statement.

Thanks again. As you suggested, it turns out to be something as simple as changing the layout to 'list'. I had not altered the layout so I was led down the garden path somewhat.
