Forgotten password for Onetel.com email – need help regaining access

Hi TalkTalk Support,

I’m trying to regain access to my old Onetel.com email account, but I’ve forgotten the password and can no longer log in.

Unfortunately, I don’t believe I had a recovery email or phone number set up, so I wasn’t able to use the password reset tool.

Could you please advise on how I can reset the password or verify my identity to recover access?
Here are the details I can provide:

Email address : *removed for security*
Approximate date the account was created: end of 1990 beginning of 2000

Let me know if you need anything else from me to verify ownership. I’d really appreciate your help in getting back into this account.

Hi there I can confirm that if you have My Account, you can manage and reset your email password from within My Account.
