Why does this keep coming up when I want to send an email?

Are you using webmail or a third party email client such as Outlook or Thunderbird?

If the latter, try deleting your account, close the programme, open it, and then re-adding it,

This should eliminate any bugs that may have appeared, and if it still happens, removes a cause.
