Will I still be able to use my talktalk email when I close my talktalk account?

Hello there @Catkins246, correct, as you will be able to continue using your TalkTalk email, but you will firstly have to register for our TalkTalk Mail Plus.

Further explanation is that non Non broadband customers will be able to access their email service for free for a short period after they cease their TalkTalk Broadband service.

If they want to keep their TalkTalk email service they will need to take the TalkTalk Mail Plus service, which will cost £5 per month if they want to pay monthly or £50 per year if they want to pay a one off annual fee.
