Why, when I send a test message from Outlook to myself, or send an email to myself does it go into the spam folder talktalk web mail so isn't delivered to me. this has just started.

Just been on to talktalk, it took a while to explain why I would want to send a 'test message' from Outlook or indeed why I would want to send an email to myself (if I want to send say a phto from my PC to Laptop). It has always worked up until today. She has 'escalated' to a technician. They will be in touch!

Possibly I would say, there is more than one Outlook, and more than one 'yourself'.

That's why, TalkTalk and other systems can easily get confused, just as the rest of us.

TalkTalk is now even newly allowing customers to create 'aliases', thus multiplying the true/fake identities.
