My emails have disappeared since yesterday. All of them. My talk talk

email account is used with Outlook on Windows 11.

You won't get a reply from the support team outside the hours of c 8am - 6pm, weekdays.

It will be helpful if you have completed your community forum profile details for Talktalk staff to identify your account.

Go via your avatar; settings; add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information. Near the end of that section, in Private Notes add the affected email address. SAVE CHANGES.

Hello Mandisa.

Yes, I certainly am. My emails from Tuesday 6th May

and all the ones before have disappeared and I did not

delete them. Are you able to help me please. Windows 11

and using Outlook. (New)

Thank you for getting back to me. I have not been able to do anything that you advised in your

email. Anything else you can suggest please. It's very important for me to get these emails retrieved.

Hey there, @TigerLily3. Have you tried using your email on our TalkTalk webmail? this would the link: Using TalkTalk Webmail , if not please try and see if your emails aren't retrievable.
