Hello @TigerLily3, thank you for reaching out to us. I understand that you're experiencing an issue with your emails disappearing from your account in Outlook on Windows 11. I’m here to help you with that.

First, let’s try a few troubleshooting steps to see if we can recover your emails:

- Ensure that you are connected to the internet, as a poor connection can affect email syncing.

- Sometimes, simply closing and reopening Outlook can resolve temporary glitches.

-Your emails may have been accidentally deleted. Please check the Deleted Items folder in Outlook to see if they are there.

-Go to File > Account Settings > Account Settings and ensure that your TalkTalk account is set up correctly. You may want to remove and re-add the account if necessary.

- Make sure there are no filters applied that might be hiding your emails. You can reset the view by going to the View tab and selecting "Reset View."

- Ensure that both Windows and Outlook are up to date, as updates can fix bugs and improve performance.

If you’ve tried these steps and are still unable to find your emails, please let me know, and we can explore further options, such as checking your account status or looking into any potential server issues.

Thank you for your patience and I’m here to assist you further!

-Thanks,

Fez.
