Hacked email

I’ve been getting lots of spam for last 6 months on my tiscali account,I’ve reported it as phishing to talk talk blocking sender and moving to junk. Now when I block and send to junk on my mobile the emails return to trash.

Today I’ve had an email supposedly from a friend but wasn’t using the photo I have in my contacts. He received an odd email from me last week. I’m now getting emails from companies I deal with but the email addresses aren’t correct.

When I login onto my laptop today there are no emails in junk.
Toi Kate to speak to talk talk I will change my password again but not sure what else u can do. Any ideas?

Thank you for your message. Yes I did last night and my other email account too, plus FB just in case. What worried me was that I had an email from a friend with the photo I have in my contacts but there wasn’t an email address to check who it was from it just took me to my contact for him. In my phone.
Ive had intermittent problems for a while and am constantly sending phishing examples with files to Talk Talk. I think I have everything in place that I should after speaking to TT last time. Any suggestions?
