CANNOT ACCESS E MAIL PASSWORD NOT ACCEPTED

I have been trying to access my e mail account for many days now but it keeps telling me my password - that I know was correct- now isn't. I can only assume that I have been hacked and someone has changed it. This was "fixed" for only 3 days before it happened again.

I am getting nowhere really in getting this problem resolved. I am being asked to hit "forgotten password" link but that is no use as it will only send a reset link to the e mail address I cannot access and I do not have a note of any recovery e mail address- which again I suspect may have been amended by a hacker.

I would go in and a. Change e mail password and b. put in a new recovery e mail/delete any suspicious one , but cant get in to do this.

How can this be resolved

Is the affected TalkTalk email address the only TalkTalk email address you have?

If you have an additional TalkTalk email address, you may be able to recover the other, via Mailbox Manager.

Otherwise, the staff will have to do some resetting for you.

Perhaps you should have dealt with this, 3 days ago, when it was fixed.
