My blocked email list is full and won't allow me to add more. Am advised to empty the box

Hi, @dickyp

To get to your email address blocklist:

Go and login to TalkTalk webmail, via https://apps.talktalk.co.uk/appsuite/

--> Click the Cogwheel at top right --> click 'All settings' --> scroll down until you see 'Access Lists' --> click 'Access Lists' --> click 'Blocklist'

--> You should now see all your currently blocked email addresses, listed.
To delete any blocked email address on the list, click the corresponding bin icon, on the right.

(By the way, I don't think there's any boxes on any device or on the internet.)
