Please advise why I was unable to connect to 4g when I was in Spain (last 2 weeks)

I could last year, so why was it different this year?

Really spoilt the holiday. Talk Talk normally ok, what's happening? spoilt my holiday

Suspect its some sort 9of change to my contract which had not been advised, awaiting msge from TT staff
