Hi,

When anyone send an e-mail via the Longshaw Sheep Dog Trials website it now goes straight into the spam folder. I've tried marking them as not spam but it's still happening. What can I do to stop them going to spam as they didn't used to.

Hi Nambuso,

Please forgive me as I'm totally not technologically minded! I use google then talk talk webmail to get into my e-mails. I don't think I use outlook. Does that help?

Okay no worries, you can try the below and see if there might be a rule applied to your mail.

Please click the gear icon in the top right corner and select "All settings" from the dropdown menu. Next, click the arrow next to Mail in the menu on the left. Then click "Filter Rules". You'll find all of your filter rules listed here and you can edit them.

Hi Nambuso,

I found but couldn't understand the rules tab but then looked at the "access lists" tab and saw "allow list" and "add new address". I put the e-mail address into that and saved it. This morning I filled in the online website contact to try it and the message landed in my inbox not spam so thank you so much for your help.
