To stop TalkTalk from automatically filtering emails into your spam folder and to manage your own spam decisions, you can follow these steps:

Check Spam Settings: Log in to your TalkTalk webmail account. Go to the settings or preferences section and look for spam or junk mail settings. You may find options to adjust the sensitivity of the spam filter.

Whitelist Contacts: Add the email addresses or domains of the senders whose emails you want to receive to your contacts or a safe sender list. This can help ensure that their emails are not marked as spam.

Review Spam Folder: Regularly check your spam folder for any legitimate emails that may have been incorrectly filtered. If you find any, mark them as "Not Spam" or move them to your inbox. This action can help train the spam filter.

Disable Spam Filtering: If you prefer to manage spam entirely on your own, you can look for an option to disable the spam filtering feature in your TalkTalk settings. This will allow all emails to go directly to your inbox.

Contact TalkTalk Support: If you continue to experience issues, consider reaching out to TalkTalk customer support for assistance. They may be able to provide specific guidance or make adjustments to your account settings.

Use Email Client Settings: If you are using an email client (like Outlook or Thunderbird), check its settings as well. Ensure that it is configured to retrieve emails from your TalkTalk account correctly.

By following these steps, you should be able to regain control over your email filtering and ensure that you receive all desired messages.

Alright, thank you for letting me know. you can try the below and see if there might be a rule applied to your mail.

Please click the gear icon in the top right corner and select "All settings" from the dropdown menu. Next, click the arrow next to Mail in the menu on the left. Then click "Filter Rules". You'll find all of your filter rules listed here and you can edit them.

Okay thanks for letting me know, what do you see when you click on the rules option.

Alternatively, something else that could work, since you stated that it's only some of the valid emails that are going into spam, it might be worth adding these emails to your safe senders list, this can help you have more control over which emails you want to be sent to your inbox and spam.

To do this, Open the mail click the 3 dots and you'll see a drop-down menu at the bottom add sender to allow list.
