Not receiving emails from Amazon

My amazon account was hacked & unauthorised payments taken from my bank account. I have been trying to access my amazon account to retrieve details of transactions for my bank to investigate but I am not receiving the verification emails to my registered talktalk account

Have you checked your spam/junk folders in your email client/webmail?

Have tried those - no record of anything from amazon in any of the spam/junk folders or any folder as I have checked them been
