&lt;P&gt;You will need to contact and phone the loyalty team to do so.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If your new provider does one touch switching, as most now do, you can ask them to do the switch and notice will be given to TalkTalk, providing it's a like for like switch and not an upgrade.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;However this sometimes go wrong, so once you have a start date from your new provider I'd strongly recommend you formally give notice via the phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
