For the third time this year our tinyworld email has stopped sending emails. On the last occasion we were assured that this would not happen again. Clearly not correct...........I'm not going to spend 2 hours going through a customer services / tech evaluation when they clearly know what the problem is, as this was fixed once we had gone through all the hoops. We pay an annual fee to maintain this legacy emali address. Not it seems money well spent. It seems that tiscali are pushing me to another email provider. Tiscali please sort this out once and for all !!

I'm not sure if my (continuing) problem is the same as the other "Tinyworld" ones but for the past 36 hours each time I attempt to send an email it fails with the message "An error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request". If it isn't then can I receive an assurance that it is being or will be be addressed?
