      <title>Accessing  'filed' folders in email</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Very organised and have put number of emails from regular senders into files/folders within my Talktalk webmail.&lt;BR /&gt;However, have come to realise I have zero clue how to access these folders/files now?&lt;BR /&gt;Any pointers gratefully received&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks : )&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/856564"&gt;@kanya-TT&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Nope, not as complicated as that&lt;BR /&gt;I've made around 6 folders for frequent senders&lt;BR /&gt;Only way I can see those 6 folders is if I click on an email message, then select move; at which point my 6 folders become visible as an option to put ticked email message into.&lt;BR /&gt;Even when I then can visibly see the folders, I can't actually access them.&lt;BR /&gt;What I seek to do is to return to my saved folders, and view the emails within them&lt;BR /&gt;No idea how to access those saved folders, however&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you : )&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/223129"&gt;@nicky62&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't think they are called "&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;'filed' folders&amp;nbsp;" or '&amp;nbsp;files/folders' or 'saved folders'.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I think you mean newly created folders under the heading 'My folders'.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;(To create, a new folder, click&amp;nbsp; 'My folders' --&amp;gt; Right click --&amp;gt; click 'Add new folder' --&amp;gt; enter name of new folder --&amp;gt; click 'Add')&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If that's so, don't the 6 new folders show when you click the arrow on the left of 'My folders'?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;And doesn't each of those 6 new folders open when you click on it, to show what's in each of them?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Bill&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
