Is this even when you check in webmail, @zx6ali?

I'm afraid that if you can't find them in there and they cannot be retrieved from the bin either, they are gone.

You are always advised to back up anything important. This can be as simple as sending yourself a copy of anything important to a Gmail / Outlook/ Hotmail/ Yahoo etc account which you can access from most places in the world.

Staff support is not back before Monday. Try phoning Talktalk directly on 03451 720088 on Saturday after 9am, or use Chat over the weekend.

Full details of opening hours and the link to Chat:

Hello @zx6ali thank you for reaching out to us. I understand that you're experiencing an issue with your emails disappearing from all folders, and I’m here to help you.

First, let’s try a few troubleshooting steps to see if we can recover your emails:

Check Your Spam/Junk Folder: Sometimes, emails can be mistakenly filtered into these folders. Please take a moment to check there.

Search Function: Use the search bar in your email client to look for specific emails or keywords. This can help locate emails that may not be visible in your usual folders.

Account Syncing: If you’re using an email app on your phone or computer, ensure that it is properly synced with your email account. You may want to refresh or re-sync the app.

Check Email Settings: Sometimes, filters or rules can inadvertently move or delete emails. Please review your settings to ensure nothing is misconfigured.

Access from a Different Device: If possible, try logging into your email account from a different device or web browser to see if the issue persists.

If you’ve tried these steps and your emails are still missing, please let me know, and I can assist you further. It may be necessary to investigate this more closely.

Thank you for your patience, and I look forward to resolving this issue for you.

-Fez.
