Hi Ian, sorry none of those worked, your post has been escalated so the TT team should be able to help when they return tomorrow.

(Your examples didn't come through but glad you created a workaround)

My Inbox has stopped displaying emails that have been read. As soon as an email is read, it disappears. Has anyone else experienced this?

Emails in most other folders are unaffected.

Also the search function should help you to see where they are going!

Have you checked the deleted bin?

Many thanks for the response.

There were no Rules in place (but see below). Search doesn't tell me anything at all, I'm afraid. The only results show me the new Rule I've set up as a failsafe (again see below).

I had a long online chat with an Agent yesterday, but they didn't know what was going on either.

As a failsafe I've created a rule that copies any incoming messages to a folder where this strange event doesn't happen. I'm very confused, however.

Kanya

This was happening on all platforms.

It appears that new/incoming emails now appear in my inbox and remain there, but I have lost all historical emails in my inbox.

TT support have tried to contact me on a few occasions, but I've been travelling and not able to respond. I'll get in touch with them when I can (probably tomorrow).

Ian
