Hey there @Ollpin1402! We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. As you have stated you were not informed of the £9.95 deliver charge and I have investigated the account and did not find notes stating you were informed of this charge, I can see a repair case was completed and resolution was indeed your equipment was faulty. I have waivered the charge, which is £9.95, you should be able to see this on your end, on your online my account under transactional history.

Last month I was sent a talktalk box to replace my faulty talktalk box. I was charged £9.50 for delivery. I contacted talktalk to complain. Why should I pay for delivery when you are replacing your own faulty box? I was informed that I would not b charged. The charge appeared on last month's bill and I assumed that it would be deducted the next month. There's no reference to the £9.50 in the current bill. Will you honour your commitment?

Allan Moyes
