My husbands email XXXXXX REMOVED FOR SECURITY REASONS is not receiving genuine emails but phishing emails are being received. He could not log in to Community as the 6 digit code could not be received. He can send emails . He has received a number of phishing emails which he has reported as examples to phishing@talktalk.co.uk He spent approx 2 hours on a chat last Monday 09-06-25 but the problem was not resolved. He wishes to speak to an operator and not have to go through the laborious "Chat" method of contacting talktalk. The company is called talktalk so lets talk, not type.

@jeanann28, I have changed the subject heading of this thread and removed the email address from your topic.

Please never post personal information details anywhere in the public thread.

@siphosethu-TT, could you check that the email address is not showing in any subject headings for this topic in latest posts?

It's quite tricky technically to change the topic heading throughout separate listed appearances.

I cannot change anything in the title showing the email address wherever you post in reply, @siphosethu-TT

See my Stars Lounge post and please work with our forum manager and the software firm, Khoros, to get this sorted out.

Edit: it's also showing in my latest reply as "latest posts" defaults to the first subject heading. A real nuisance!

Have you looked in Spam via talktalk webmail?

My family have the same issue and its because talktalk spam filter is removing it. Therefore it never arrives at your mail client (Outlook, Thunderbird, your phone app etc). So its not in spam at your client, only at webmail.

It is so annoying because mist people do not log into webmail, but now you have to, to see what is missing. You only know something hasnt arrived, if you were expecting it. Even though I keep marking these items as not spam, they keep going there -even ones from my wife, or when I copy myself into an email.

Annoyingly, the majority of spam still gets delivered and isnt filtered out
