I have a problem associated with one site that sends me a newsletter everyday.

Within the e-mail there are a number of links/buttons to the site which if you click on them should take you to a section of the site.

There is also a hyperlink to open the e-mail in browser

These all worked fine up to a couple of weeks ago then using any of the above resulted in this:

Hmmm… can't reach this page

click.mlsend.com’s server IP address could not be found.

Try:

Checking the connection

Checking the proxy, firewall, and DNS settings

ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED

If I turn wi-fi off on my phone it works fine, but not through the wi-fi.

I get the same message on my desktop which is hard wired to the eero router.

I originally thought that it was a problem with the site up to turning the wi-fi off on the phone and trying it. i came to the conclusion that it was something to do with the router.

As I do most of my stuff on the desktop this is a pain as most of it is submitting and looking at photographs.

I haven't altered any settings on the router as I wouldn't know what I was doing so need help.

This may be an Eero issue. I had a similar issue and it was to do with the Advanced Security Ad Blocker.

Try turning this off and checking again, if you have it turned on.
