The TalkTalk app I had gave me a message about a site I was trying to connect to (O2 Mobile so it is a genuine site)

The message was 'Page not working' then the message that app had redirected me too many times.

I shut down and restarted my phone and still the same. So I uninstalled the app and now I can't get into my emails on the phone.

I can access via a computer, but however I try, I can't access my emails on this phone.

Still no further forward. I've been sent instructions about settings, but if I can't access TalkTalk on my phone how can I change them? I've been on 2 phone chats and keep getting the same response. As I was looking only at my phone I realised I couldn't find or get settings to change.

Fortunately I can still access my emails on my iMac, but that's not very convenient as I need to check them while out and about.

Am In the right place with the settings? The attached screenshot is 1 from the heading in my mail and 2 after I click settings. The instructions say to select accounts again and nothing!! I have removedly email but it is shown on the accounts.

Is it possible my phone has been blocked? I did ask the helpline but was told 1. They didn't know, and 2. They didn't know how to find out if I was blocked

I have removed those screenshots as they included your name. If you want to try again, do so with suitably cropped/edited images.
