Emails not sending

I can't send emails from either iPhone, android or from webmail. The error message is 'the connection to the outgoing server "smtp.talktalk.net" failed.'

Yes, I can access the bbc webpage. There's nothing wrong with my Internet connection, I can access webmail & I'm receiving emails, I just can't send them.

Both an iPhone(ios 18.5) & Samsung (S24) but I also can't send emails when I log into webmail so I don't think it's a device issue

Could you please tell me the last part of your email address? This is the section after the @ symbol.

Tiscali.co uk. I'm also unable to send from my other account which after the @ is tinyworld.co uk

This is the error message I get when I try to send an email after logging into webmail:

"An error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request."

That sounds like it's something at your end.

Are you having problems sending emails to everyone, or just an individual or single domain name (e.g. @gmail.com)?

I've tried to send to a few different domains, they don't go, I then get the error message that there's an issue with your server

Are you using the TalkTalk webmail exactly as ( https://apps.talktalk.co.uk/appsuite) or using an App or Program from your device?
