Here we go again......e mails not sending from tinyworld e mail address.

Please get a permanent fix for this recurrent problem.

So time consuming and irritating.

Hello there @HilaryH2, thank you for sharing this information as we do apologise for any difficulties that this may have caused. If I may kindly ask, what browser are you currently using to accessing your emails? This could be either Google Chrome, FireFox, Safari etc.

Accessing through OUTLOOK.

This problem occurs EVERY MONTH for all those who have a tinyworld e mail address.

Could you be able to try accessing your emails using TalkTalk Webmail on Google chrome to double check if you would still have the same issue.

The incident team have made some changes and have asked users to retry and confirm if the changes have resolved the issue.
