&lt;P&gt;Customers are reporting the issues are occurring again.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Customers are again reporting problems. This has been referred back to the technical team for resolution. The information and advice originally posted below still applies.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Some customers are experiencing intermittent issues with their Tinyworld email accounts.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This has been raised as an incident and is actively being looked at by the incident team.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This is intermittent in nature and it is proving difficult to pin down.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As it's affecting many people there is nothing that you can do individually that will resolve this. However the incident team may ask support staff to check individual settings with some customers to see if they resolve the issue&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Updates as they are received will be advised here.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have an issue please start your own thread so the extent of the problem can be fed back.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
