      <description>&lt;P&gt;tinyworld.co.uk&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It was working on Friday last week but now no emails are going via either an Outlook desktop client, 'phone client or the webmail interface.&amp;nbsp; Customer services were as unhelpful and obstructive as ever.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Incoming mail is working normally.&amp;nbsp; The account status is fully paid-up by Direct Debit.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
