      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have received an email saying as I'm not a Talktalk Broadband user, I am going to be charged for my emails via Everymail.&amp;nbsp; I AM a talktalk broadband user and shouldn't have to pay for this.&amp;nbsp; What do I do?&amp;nbsp; Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have looked into this and I do see that you have an active broadband account and you will not be affected by this. I will now fill in a webform for you so we can stop any further comms related to this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
