Hi,

I've had a couple of emails telling me that because I'm not a broadband customer, I will soon have to pay for my email account. But I am a broadband customer.

The email address that received this email is not the email address that is registered to my account. I wanted it to be, but they didn't let me use my actual email address because it was already in use (by me). I was a tiscali customer, used that email, then I wasn't a tiscali/TalkTalk customer but kept that email address and now I am a TalkTalk customer again and I still use that email address, so I shouldn't be charged for it until I stop being a broadband customer again, surely.

How do I sort this out? I replied to the email, then got a message back saying not to reply to that email but use these links instead, which do work, but then the links you need to use to actually talk to someone or get something done, do not work, except for the one to get into this forum.

Can someone in here help me out?
