So I just spoke to Kanya from TalkTalk who was extremely helpful. She got straight into my account and informed me that as I already subscribe to TalkTalk Mail Plus my account and emails have already been moved over to Everymail by TalkTalk and I need do nothing more. I should ignore the email asking me to signup to Everymail and I will still have full use of my 5 existing email addresses.

I'm unable to sign up and subscribe to Everymail.

When I click on the link in the recent e-mail message from TalkTalk to sign up, it just takes me my TalkTalk Mailbox Manager.

If I go direct to the Everymail home page and click on the subscribe tab and it asks me for my TalkTalk email address it then takes me to TalkTalk Mailbox Manager!

Very frustrating.

Ah this is useful info as I am in the same situation left the broadband years ago but retained the email use and pay £5 a month. As with others the link to Everymail takes to talk talk mailbox manager. So would have been useful to actually say on these emails we have received that existing customers of email who pay already have/or wil be moved automatically across to Everymail. do we know if we will ultimately have to change the login details across or at some point will it redirect us to Everymail from Talk Talk?

Had they mentioned that in their email telling me to sign up to Everymail it would have saved me two days of anxiety and 3 hours of my time communicating with them. I spoke to 4 customer advisers via chat and phone and only Kanya knew the answer, which she was able to disclose almost immediately.

If you go to the Everymail.com home page and sign in using your TalkTalk account login/password it takes you to Everymail web email now, which is almost identical to TalkTalk manager except for the web address
