      <title>My Folders have wrong folders</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The contents of My Folders has been overwritten/ replaced by someone else's folders.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't now access very important messages and sensitive information.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been tearing my hair out trying to get in contact with TalkTalk but it seems to be impossible to make direct contact.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
