My Folders have wrong folders

The contents of My Folders has been overwritten/ replaced by someone else's folders.

I can't now access very important messages and sensitive information.

Can anyone help me.

I've been tearing my hair out trying to get in contact with TalkTalk but it seems to be impossible to make direct contact.
