Please can someone tell me how I know if my email address is now linked to my account so that I don’t pay on the transition to everymail as a talk talk customer? I have completed name, account number and email address in the private message box on the form via link from fr8yrs (thank you) and saved changes, done several times. Logging into my account details has my email address under email (I don’t know if it did before) and if I refollow the link the information I put in is all on the form.

Inputting your details in the private notes only gives that information to staff.

They will message here with their thoughts or confirmation in due course.

Hi there @Claire747. I have investigated your account and it seems you have 2TalkTalk email addresses linked to your account. Can you please confirm if you received any communication from us regarding emails? as I will need to fill in a form for you
