Webmail attachments

Hi i cannot open my webmail attachments directly , won’t let me view , but keeps gong to download attachment . Can anyone give advice to fix this.

Hi GS1057, what type of files are the attachments and how are they included in the email or attached to the mail?

Hi Ady ,the emails attachments in question are pdf files . My wife also has access to the same emails on her iPad and has no problem opening the attachments to “ view “. I am unable to view and always have a message telling me to “ please download the file using button below” “ then I go through a process to open ,that is the only way I have to view my attachment , Thanks .

@GS1057, the old team of support staff on here left in April.

I'll re-escalate your thread for new staff members to look at - as usual, there's no staff support at weekends, so this will be Monday at the earliest.

Hello there @GS1057, have you tried using a different device to double check if the pdf file would download?
