Please try to whitelist your emails, depending on how you are accessing your emails you can just search on the internet. Here's an example of how to do it in Gmail below:

How to whitelist in Gmail

1. Log into your Gmail account.

2. Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner and choose "see all settings".

3. Go to the "filters and blocked addresses" tab to view your current filters and blocked addresses.

4. Click "create a new filter" to add a new filter.

5. Enter the Gmail address you want to whitelist and click "create filter".
