Haven’t been able to send emails again from Tinyworld account for a couple of weeks. Message says incorrect username or password

Hey there, @Tinyworld13. We had an issue with Tinyworld but it was escalated and resolved. Can you please try to restart your all your device and try to login.

We have tried that but are still getting the same error message

We will have to escalate this again, please bear with me. We will take your query to the team as it would appear it's an issue that still affects other customer while others seem to have theirs sorted. But we have a team handy.
