I have a legacy ukgateway account. I used it with the original login address but then was able to use my own name,ukgateway.net.

A few years ago at one of the migrations of system, I had to use my original login but it would still accept emails in my own name.

A short time ago I was hacked. I changed my password but now only receive emails in my original login and not my own name.

I've had several unsucessful attempts with Talktalk help to fix this.

I've been using my named address for many years with masses of different people.

How can I get the system to enable me to receive emails sent to my named address?
