New £5 charge for services

We have been on TalkTalk network for some time now. I have read in the paper that we will be getting charged £5 a month to retain our current email and contents. As of yet I have not received an email from TalkTalk re this matter and I understand it takes place on 31/07/2025.

Hi there @mikevick55 . If you have not received any communication from us, that means this movement does not affect you, as you have a broadband account with us. However you can send us a Private message listing your email address so I can check if it is linked to your Account.

Ok Thanks. The only address attached to the account will be my talktalk,net address

You are most welcome and I can confirm the email is linked to your Broadband account, so you are not affected by the movement.
