Good morning I have a talktalk email and I subscribe to your broadband, I’ve received an email about subscribing to Everymail but when I press the link supplied it just takes me to the talktalk page - nothing about change or subscription? I’m really lost and seem to be going around in circles. Please could someone help me as I do not wish to lose my emails.

Just to mention I’m a pensioner so get lost easy with technology

Hi @Lelynina

There seems to be other people suffering from this as well; it looks like a common issue.

I have asked one of TalkTalk's support team to pick up your thread and investigate it for you.

They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday), excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent, you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.

I think the general way of doing this, is to ask the customer to go to their personal community profile at, https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profile:personal-info

and enter their email address/es in the 'private notes' section of the profile, and then saving the changes,

@siphosethu-TT
