Hi @mal16 I have located your account and I do see that you have an active broadband account with us and I will be able to request your email to be linked to your broadband account so that you are not charged or lose it. Can you confirm if you have received any email about signing up to EveryMail?

Thank you for confirming, I will be able to escalate this for you for your email to be linked into your broadband account and excluded from the migration to EveryMail. Kindly add private notes on your profile with your email that you want to be linked and if you have more than one email. Kindly add them all on your private note.
