Talk talk e mail addresses going to spam

Just noticed that e mail addresses ending in @talktalk.net are now going straight to my spam box. How can I stop this

I have had the same issue, my answer was log into webmail right click on the email then add to allow list ... you can check your block and allow lists in settings in webmail settings, click the cog wheel then click on all settings.
