&lt;P&gt;There was a staff reply to your thread at the beginning of the month but you don't seem to have followed that up:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Staff needed to know whether or not you were a current Talktalk broadband user - if there are legacy email addresses from an earlier My Account if you had one before for some reason, these must be attached to your current My Account. Then there's no charge for email.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are a former Talktalk broadband user, and simply needing to sign up for Everymail, staff can also look into the issue for you, but they are not on here at weekends.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please do look out for their response on Monday to make more rapid headway with this, and please clarify the situation with your My Account&amp;nbsp; / addresses etc.&lt;/P&gt;
